At Altro we pride ourselves on developing products that address our customers’ needs. We have been running a Voice of the Customer programme since 2008, which has helped us to stay in touch with your needs, wishes and opinions.

This year we have decided to take things a step further, and capture your views directly from where you are working.

By listening to you on your terms, where you work, we think you will have even more to say and probably things you might not think of when visiting us. The result? We believe this is the best way to develop more innovative, breakthrough products and services that will make your job easier. All you would need to do is spare us some time to tell us about your daily work, the challenges you face and the expectations you have for floors and walls in your industry.

We are piloting this new approach in two very important market sectors for us: Healthcare and Rail. So, whether you specify, install, use or maintain floors and walls, if you work in Healthcare or Rail, we would like to visit you!
