Following our success in previous years, we have once again made The Sunday Times Top100 Companies to work for, for the third year running - making this achievement a hattrick for all of us!
What makes it of such significance and value is that the award submission is 90% based on confidential feedback surveys direct from staff across the organisation. Staff were asked questions on categories such as training and development, communication, career and development opportunities, working conditions etc. This public recognition of employee satisfaction within the marketplace and our industry and commerical peers really is proof that we are becoming a leading edge organisation.
