The Altro Inspection Service

If you have problems with an existing floor or wall or request advice in specifying new products, we are pleased to provide the following without charge or obligation

• Detailed information on substrate preparation and the most suitable surface to meet your needs
• A written specification and cost estimate for the recommended installation

Site visits arranged for your reassurance

• See a product you are considering in situ
• See installations that have been in use for some time
• Where possible, in a similar working environment to yours

Test areas

When necessary or specially requested, we can arrange to install a test area

All contracts entered into by customers with the Company are subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions of sale, a copy of which is on the back of every invoice or may be obtained on request.
