Here at the Altro Group we understand starting a new job can be a little “hair raising” and that everyone was a “newbie” once.  So we’ve made the “newbie” experience with the Altro group the best we can.  After all, we might as well start as we mean to go on.

We won’t throw you in at the deep end.

During your first week’s induction, you’ll get a complete picture of how the business works, how your role fits in and how you can contribute to the Altro group’s ongoing success.  We will introduce you to your new colleagues from across the company and give you a site tour to show you how we make our fantastic products.  You will meet your team and, most importantly, find out who makes the best cup of tea!

And that’s only the beginning of the journey. We have a comprehensive programme of in-house training and coaching as well as access to external courses to ensure that you continue to grow and develop throughout your career with the Altro group.
