My colleague Gemma and I were lucky enough to be invited to talk about Altro Aquarius to a group of people at Three Rivers District Council Offices. Altro Aquarius is our latest product, especially designed to be used in those tricky areas that can be both wet and dry, shoes and bare foot use, such as changing rooms, bathrooms and in disabled adaptations of course. With that in mind it was great to be talking to a room filled with Occupational Therapists, Grants Officer and other members of the council. These were exactly the people we had in mind when designing the product.
Things were going well but imagine my surprise when at the end of my presentation a member of the audience stood up and asked if he could say a few words. It turns out he had been to visit Altro twice in the last 6 months, had seen Altro Aquarius being made and had spoken to our marketing team about the best way to launch the product. He gave both our company and the product his total backing and was happy to recommend us fully to his colleagues. What a great end to a presentation and I'm delighted we have delivered such a fantastic new product to our customers.
I've got another presentation coming up in a month or so, this time to over 50 Occupational Therapists – I'm going to see if I can smuggle my new friend in with me!
