Contractors Celebrate Quality Recognition

International manufacturer and supplier of wall cladding and safety flooring, Altro, has announced the twenty companies across Ireland that have been awarded its top accolade for quality of service.
Fifteen contractors in the Irish Republic, and five in Northern Ireland, have been appointed Premier Installers of Altro Whiterock hygienic wall cladding in recognition of their high levels of skill, technical expertise and quality of service. Attainment of this quality standard reflects the levels of training undertaken by the companies in the selection and fitting of Altro products. It also conveys to customers that levels of quality are monitored and audited on a regular basis to ensure that the very highest standards are maintained.
The effective installation of wall cladding continues to grow in importance. In sites such as hospitals and food preparation areas, for example, fitting hygienic wall cladding correctly is a valuable line of defence in disease prevention. As a result, Premier Installer status is not given lightly.
Tim Walker, Global Walls Development Manager for Altro, said, “The proliferation of inferior quality products from low cost economies in recent years, and the emergence of ineffective installation methods, have made it even more crucial that customers have products and installers that they can trust.

Mercado and Laydex NI provide the same services for Premier Installers in the north.
