Altro Strengthens Sales Team With Two New Appointments

We have strengthened our business development team with the appointment of two new representatives and are delighted to welcome Mikaela Farrell and Annaliesa Symonds to the team.

The new recruits will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. Both have solid backgrounds in commercial sales working for national and international companies within a variety of industries.

Mikaela, who previously worked for Porcelanosa, and most recently at ESA Macintosh, will cover the Home Counties. She said: “What has really inspired me since joining Altro is the positive attitude and welcoming culture of the team. The friendliness and enthusiasm of my colleagues is second to none and has made me feel part of the family already. I’m looking forward to getting out on the road and building relationships with contractors and distributors.”

Annaliesa will cover the South East of England and is keen to put her previous experience handling over 200 accounts, within the public sector, to good use. She commented: “I’m looking forward to combining my previous sales experience with my new found abilities and knowledge. Altro is a strong company with an excellent reputation and I welcome the challenge of helping to deliver continued growth for the business.”

Since joining the company in July the new recruits have attended a two-day flooring installation course at Altro’s head office in Letchworth. The course is an integral part of the induction programme which all Altro employees must complete to give them first hand knowledge of installing the company’s products.
