Letchworth Garden City town centre comes alive on June 11th as Letchworth Street Fest is back for its second year. Promising to be bigger and better with multiple performance areas and a programme of musicians, dance groups, street artists the organisers are hoping to top last year’s bumper crowd. Among those already booked to appear is the mighty Titan the Robot. Eight foot high the robotic star has performed alongside stars such as JLS on their recent tour. Local musicians and performers will be taking to the stage through the day and showcasing their talents bringing a fun festival feel to the streets of Letchworth GC town centre.
Lucy Bilotto, Marketing Manager at Altro said 'We are delighted to be sponsoring this local event, Street Fest. Altro is one of the biggest employers in Letchworth so its great to get behind a popular event and show our dedication to the local community. We would encourage people to go into the town centre on Saturday 11th June, support this event and most importantly enjoy themselves.'
The fun starts at 10am and runs until 6pm.
All entertainment is free however some activities may charge.
