Roberts Flooring took on full responsibility for all the work including the subfloor preparation in the cafe, kitchen and toilets at Pennywell Farm.  Major work had to be carried out on the subfloor, including screeding the radiator pipe work channels underneath large sections of the floor which, if they had not been prepared properly, may have caused issues long-term.  Roberts Flooring worked closely with their Altro Business Development Consultant to explore the various options to overcome this issue.

The customer had a number of manufacturer product choices to choose from.  Altro’s Timbersafe II (new 2m width), with its authentic wood-effect appearance together with Altro’s on-site support and back-up gave Pennywell Farm the confidence to choose Altro safety flooring.

Paul George, Altro Business Consultant recently visited the site to advise on cleaning and was told by the customer that they were absolutely delighted with the installation and products.
