"Over its history, Colston Hall has maintained a reputation for uncompromising quality, playing host to host to musical legends such as The Beatles, Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. Our kitchen prepares cuisine for both visiting artists as well as discerning patrons, so I expect the highest standards. Altro Whiterock helps me to ensure food is prepared in a safe and clean environment, which is extremely important to me."
