Site visits

- where possible in a similar working environment to yours
Opportunity for trial areas
When necessary or specially requested, we can arrange to install a test area
- to satisfy ourselves that our product is suitable for your environment
- to reassure you that the product will meet your exact needs
Altro Samples Express service
Our sample service ensures a prompt response
- request your sample by phone, email or the Altro website before 2pm and we will usually despatch it to you that day
- non-standard or modified samples, or requests for a larger number of samples may require more time to fulfil
- to receive your samples by Special Delivery, please ask
The Altro Inspection Service
If you have problems with an existing floor or wall or request advice in specifying new products, we are pleased to provide without charge or obligation
- detailed information on substrate preparation and the most suitable surface to meet your needs
- a written specification and cost estimate for the recommended installation

- extensive product knowledge
- sit examinations in flooring and walling technology, substrate preparation, correct installation techniques and detailing
- qualified to advise on the specification and installation of Altro products for interior surfaces
- save you time by writing flooring and walling specifications for you
- provide information on legislation including slips and trips, CDM, DDA and hygiene
